WOBURN -- A Crawford Drive sale at $1,065,000 led Woburn's June residential market, as 12 of 18 recorded transactions carried disclosed prices ranging from $182,000 to just over $1 million.

The price range on disclosed transactions ran from $182,000 to $1,065,000, and the median sale price among the 12 priced sales stood at $737,500.
