Woburn Home Sales Span Wide Price Range as Six Deals Await Recorded Prices
Woburn recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, with 11 sales showing a price so far, ranging from $350,000 to $1,135,000 and a median of $775,000. The month's top sale was 12 Heritage Dr. at $1,135,000, sold by Robert and Diana Hammond to Alison and Paul Carr III. Five of the 17 transfers were condo units, and six others, several involving family members or trusts, have no recorded price yet, which typically reflects a lag in registry data rather than withheld information. The data shows a broad price spread without a single dominant tier or street cluster this period.
