Woburn recorded 19 property transfers between Sept. 25 and Oct. 24, but only seven carried a disclosed sale price as of this writing, ranging from $60,000 to $934,900 with a median of $700,000 among priced sales. The month's top recorded sale was a condominium unit at 13 Caspian Circle, which sold for $934,900 to Judith A. Bombara. At least 11 of the 19 transfers appear to be transactions within the same family or into trusts, based on matching seller and buyer names, and these carry no price yet in the data. With most prices still pending, the data shows elevated transaction volume but limited visibility into overall market value trends this period.
