Few September Sale Prices Recorded Yet as Woburn Logs 17 Property Transfers
Woburn recorded 17 property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only five carried a recorded sale price so far, ranging from $500,000 to $780,000 with a median of $572,000. The top sale was 172 Bedford Road at $780,000, sold by Michael J. Davis Jr. and Leslie Booth to Kerby Thabert and Farding Jarbath. Most of the remaining 12 transfers appear to be trust or estate transfers within the same family, based on matching grantor and grantee names. With most prices still pending at the registry, the data doesn't yet show a clear market direction for the period.
