Woburn home sale tops $1.3 million as trust transfers dominate August deed activity
Woburn recorded 16 property transfers between July 31 and August 29, but only seven listed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $540,000 to $1,324,000, with a median of $726,000. The top sale was 15 Cronin Way at $1,324,000, sold by John Kevin and Bridget M. Conneely to Marc David and Katie S. Gatcomb. Salem Street had two recorded sales. At least eight of the 16 deeds moved property into family or revocable trusts rather than to unrelated buyers, which likely explains why most transfers did not disclose a price. The data offers a limited but steady snapshot of activity rather than a clear pricing trend.
