Woburn August Home Sales Range From $635,000 to $1.345 Million
Woburn recorded 19 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 11 disclosing a sale price. Prices ranged from $635,000 to $1,345,000, with a median of $782,000. The top sale was 41 Fairway Drive at $1,345,000, sold by Adam P. and Jill E. Skepner to Won Seok Lee and In Kyung Jang. Cambridge Road had two sales in the period. Nine of the 19 deeds appeared to be transfers within families or into trusts, and eight of those nine carried no disclosed price, a pattern typical of non-market transfers rather than a broader pricing trend.
