Woburn Home Sales Range From $235,000 To $1.42 Million In July

Woburn recorded 18 property deeds from July 10 to August 8, with disclosed sale prices ranging from $235,000 to $1.42 million and a median of $687,500 among the 10 sales that listed a price. The month's top sale was 11 Rose Farm Lane at $1,420,000, followed by 44 Warren Ave. at $1,265,000. Eight of the 18 deeds, nearly half, disclosed no sale price; seven of those eight list matching names on both sides of the transfer, consistent with trust, estate or family transactions rather than open-market sales. Five deeds involved condominium units.
